early morning = tons of food

tomorrow, i have to go into my office significantly earlier than normal. i cannot say that i’m incredibly excited about this, especially since i’ve been on staycation all week..it’s sure going to be hard to get up in the morning. but, the one thing i can do to make it better/easier, is bringing lots of food to keep me going.

so.

from left to right: ready-to-make oatmeal with rice milk, a georgia peach, a big baby greens salad with italian dressing, leftover florentine tortellini from tonight (nom!), carrots and peanut butter.

watch me have no appetite like the last time i brought a ton of food to work.

also, tomorrow i am going to make a lentil loaf for dinner. i’m excited, especially about the lentil loaf-and-tomato-and-avocado sandwiches i’m going to have for lunch the rest of the week…
